    Do I need to be a member of both programs?

    Yes. To enjoy the full benefits of Infinite Journeys, you must be a member of both Shangri-La Circle and KrisFlyer.

    Can I register for status match more than once?

    No. Each member can register for the status match benefit only once.

    Will I earn dual rewards for stays booked before linking accounts?

    Yes, as long as you link your accounts before checking out of the hotel.

    Are all Shangri-La properties eligible for dual rewards?

    Yes. Eligible stays at Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Kerry Hotels, JEN Hotels, and Traders Hotels worldwide qualify for dual rewards.

    How long does it take for my points or miles to be credited after a stay or conversion?

    Points and miles are typically credited within 4–6 weeks after the eligible activity.

    Can I cancel or reverse a points/miles conversion once it's done?

    No, once a conversion is processed, it cannot be reversed or canceled

    Is there a fee to link my Shangri-La Circle and KrisFlyer accounts?

    No, linking your accounts is completely free.

    If I unlink my accounts, will I lose my earned points or status?

    Unlinking will not impact your previously earned points, miles, or current status levels.

    Can I earn dual rewards if I book through third-party platforms like Expedia?

    No, bookings must be made directly through Shangri-La’s official channels to qualify for dual rewards.

    What happens if I reach the annual conversion cap?

    You will need to wait until the next calendar year to make additional conversions.
